  • 2025 REGISTRATION FEES

    ** Players who are participating in in-house competitions (Squirts, U6-8, Soccer Mums & Soccer Dads) are required to register via the Bayside United FC Kick Hub (this platform) ONLY. Refer to Step 1 instructions below.

    ** Players in inter-club competitions (U9-U18; U23's, Senior Mens; Senior Womens & Masters) are required to register and pay a fee in two places:

    Step 1: Register via Bayside United FC Kick Hub (this platform); then in January 2025:

    Step 2: Register via Football Qld / Squadi App (in January 2025)

    Football Queensland has made it a mandatory requirement that FQ/Squadi fees must be paid directly through the Squadi app. Full 2025 Season Fees are set out in the document named Registrations FAQ under Player Hub.

    STEP 1: REGISTRATION VIA BAYSIDE UNITED FC KICK HUB (THIS PLATFORM):

    Fee Inclusions:
    * Team photo for all players
    * Medal for players up to U18
    * Playing jersey for all players
    * Referee fees
    * Ground maintenance (we are not subsidised by Government or Council)
    * Training equipment
    * Director of Coaching
    * Club running costs (electricity, water, insurance, rental, rates and taxes etc)

    Fee Exclusions:
    * Player Shorts and Socks for all age groups

    SIBLING DISCOUNT

    We are continuing the family discount scheme. A $25 discount will be applied per player for the second and subsequent players on each registration.

    FAIR PLAY VOUCHERS

    Bayside United FC accepts Queensland Government Fairplay Vouchers. Parents, carers or guardians can apply for a voucher valued up to $200 for their child, which can be used towards registration fees at Bayside.

    STEP 2: REGISTRATION VIA FQ / SQUADI APP (U9-18; U23's, SENIOR MENS; SENIOR WOMENS & MASTERS ONLY)

    Players who are playing in MiniRoos, Junior or Senior competitions must also register via the Squadi App. This registration is a mandatory requirement of Football Australia and Football Queensland.

    Players who are playing in Squirts, Under 6-8, Soccer Mums and Soccer Dads competitions DO NOT need to complete the Squadi registration.
  • BUDS, U18 MJL

    Pay non-refundable $100 deposit and pay for season in full or via payment plan.

    FQPL3

    Pay non-refundable $200 deposit and pay for season in full or via payment plan.
  • WALKING FOOTBALL

    Walking Football members registration fee is $25.00 (insurance levy), plus $5.00 per game, payable to the club house on game day.
  • ALLOCATION OF TEAMS

    If you are part of a returning team AND your manager has communicated this with us, please choose your team name from the drop down menu.

    If you are not part of a returning team, our club administrators will assign you to a team. Please choose "Place me in a team" from the drop down menu during registration.

    Team allocations will be finalised by the end of Term1.
  • CANCELLATION FEES

    If a player leaves the club and requests a refund, a $50 cancellation fee will apply to cover associated administrative costs.
    If registration is cancelled due to BUFC being unable to form a team, the fee will be waived.
  • MUMS SOCIAL GAMES

    * 8 weeks (term 2 only)
    * Play Friday nights (times TBC)
    * Playing jersey provided for game nights
