Terms and conditions

  • REGISTRATION FEES & PROCESS

    ** Players who are participating in in-house competitions (Squirts, U6-U8, Soccer Mums) are required to register via the Bayside United FC Kick Hub (this platform, Step 1 below) ONLY.

    ** Players in inter-club competitions (U9-U12 Miniroos, Juniors, Metro, Masters, FQPL) are required to register and pay a fee in three places:

    Step 1: Register via Bayside United FC Kick Hub (this platform), then once open (likely in January 2026) complete steps 2 & 3.
    $100 non-refundable deposit due at time of registration unless advised otherwise in T&C for particular groups.

    Step 2: Register via Football Qld (FQ) / Squadi App
    This registration is a mandatory requirement of Football Australia and Football Queensland.

    Step 3: Register via Football Aust (FA) Play Football website Playfootball.com.au
    This registration is a mandatory requirement of Football Australia and Football Queensland. (no FA for Masters)

    Fee Inclusions:
    * Team photo for all players U6+ ^
    * Medal for players up to U18
    * Playing jersey for all players (on loan, to be returned to club end of season)
    * Training jersey for all players U6+ ^
    * Referee fees
    * Ground maintenance (we are not subsidised by Government or Council)
    * Training equipment
    * Club running costs (electricity, water, insurance, rental, rates and taxes etc)

    Fee Exclusions:
    * Player Shorts and Socks for all age groups

    ^ not included in Social Mums competition

    SIBLING DISCOUNT

    We are continuing the family discount scheme. A $25 discount will be applied per player for the second and subsequent players on each registration.

    GOVT PLAY ON VOUCHERS

    Bayside United FC accepts Queensland Government Play On Vouchers. Parents, carers or guardians can apply for a voucher valued up to $200 for their child, which can be used towards registration fees at Bayside, including the $100 deposit.

    Vouchers must be applied at registration, they are not accepted after registration is complete.

  • ALLOCATION OF TEAMS

    If you are part of a returning team AND your manager has communicated this with us, please choose your team name from the drop down menu.

    If you are not part of a returning team, our club administrators will assign you to a team. Please choose "Place me in a team" from the drop down menu during registration.

    Team allocations will be finalised and communicated by the end of Term1.
  • 2026 BUDS IMPORTANT INFORMATION

    **Note, prioritising other sports/leisurely activities over the BUDS program may result in your position being lost.

    Non-refundable $300 deposit to be paid by 17 November 2025.

    Full fees to be paid by 31 December 2025.

    FAILURE TO ACCEPT YOUR POSITION BY MEETING THESE DEADLINES WILL RESULT IN A DECLINE OF OFFER

    There will be no refunds after 27 January 2026.
  • CANCELLATION FEES

    If registration is cancelled due to BUFC being unable to form a team, no fee will be applicable.

    Please see below key dates if a player leaves the club and requests a refund:

    For Squirts to U12
    After final payment due date (currently 21/2/26) 50% of fees paid can be refunded.
    After Meet your team day (tentatively booked for 14/3/26), 0% of fees can be refunded.

    All players from U13+
    Before 1/2/26 50% of fees paid can be refunded.
    From 1/2/26 0% of fees paid can be refunded.

    All refunds exclude any non-refundable deposits paid.
  • WALKING FOOTBALL

    Walking Football members registration fee is $25.00 (insurance levy), plus $5.00 per game, payable to the club house on game day.
  • MUMS SOCIAL GAMES

    * Term 2 and 3
    * Play Friday nights (times TBC)
    * Playing jersey provided for game nights
  • EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT

    We are pleased to be able to offer on early bird discount on most of our competitions for registrations made in the 2025 calendar year for the 2026 season. The early bird discount has been automatically applied where applicable.

    From 1/1/26, the discount will no longer apply & Club fees will go back to the regular amount due.
    The relevant discount per group is:
    Squirts $25
    Miniroos U6-U12 $50
    Juniors (U13-U18) $50
    Metro (Men & Women) $50
    Masters $50
  • SQUIRTS information
    Squirts registration includes:
    Jersey
    Shorts
    Socks

    Either football boots or sneakers to be worn, shin pads are recommended.

    Please note, we expect start times to remain unchanged however they are subject to change based on registration numbers at the Club. Any change will be communicated with families as soon as identified, prior to the start of the season.
