Football Queensland has made it a mandatory requirement that FQ/Squadi fees must be paid directly through the Squadi app. Full 2024 Season Fees are set out in the document named Registrations FAQ.

Fee Inclusions:
* Playing jersey for all players for season use (to be returned to Sponsor's at end of season) * Referee fees * Team photo and trophy for Mini-Roo Players * Team photo for junior players * Ground maintenance (we are not subsidised by Government or Council) * Training equipment * Technical Director of Coaching * Club running costs (electricity, water, insurance, rental, rates and taxes etc)
Fee Exclusions:
* Player Shorts and Socks for all age groups
SIBLING DISCOUNT
We are continuing the family discount scheme. A $25 discount will be applied per player for the second and subsequent players on each registration.
FAIR PLAY VOUCHERS
Bayside United FC accepts Queensland Government Fairplay Vouchers. Parents, carers or guardians can apply for a voucher valued up to $150 for their child, which can be used towards registration fees at Bayside. To check eligibility or apply, go to this link:
As a token of appreciation, all 2024 season coaches will receive a $100 discount applied to their final account. Coaches will also receive a Bayside polo shirt to really look the part on game day!
TEAM MANAGER DISCOUNT
As a token of appreciation, all 2024 season team managers will receive a $50 discount applied to their final account.
BOOT & SHORTS EXCHANGE
Bayside will be facilitating a boot and shorts exchange at the commencement of the 2024 Season.
WALKING FOOTBALL
Walking Football members registration fee is $25.00 (insurance levy), plus $5.00 per game, payable to the club house on game day.
SETTLEMENT OF REGISTRATION FEES
Registration fees may be paid: - upfront at the time of registration; or - using our newly introduced payment plan service.
If you elect to pay using a payment plan, note a 10% deposit is required at the time of registration and all fees must be settled in full by the 29 February 2024.
To ensure all players are insured appropriately, Bayside is required to mandate a no pay, no play policy.
ALLOCATION OF TEAMS
If you are part of a pre-formed team, please ensure your team name is noted in the Team Name field for that player. You can jump back to the 'Player' tab to edit your registration details.
If you are an individual registration and not part of a pre-formed team, our club administrators will assign you to a team.
Players who are playing in MiniRoos, Junior or Senior competitions must also register via the Squadi App. This registration is a mandatory requirement of Football Australia and Football Queensland. Affiliation fees include player insurance for the season for players in an approved FQ competition.
Players who are playing in Squirts, Under 6-8, Masters, Soccer Mums and Soccer Dads competitions DO NOT need to complete the Squadi registration.
